2. Returns & Eligibility (Strict Policy)

We offer a 30-day return window, but it is strictly for Unused and New products. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original, brand-new condition.

• All tags, stamps, and protective seals must be intact and must not be removed or tampered with.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• Used products are NOT eligible for return. If the product shows any signs of wear, damage, or use after being in your possession, the return request will be denied.

3. Immediate Notification Requirement

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must inform us immediately upon receiving the product. We expect our customers to check the product quality as soon as it is delivered. Any delay in reporting dissatisfaction may affect your eligibility for a return.

4. Damages and Issues

6. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and sent back to your original payment method.
